Ms. Amruta Gowande obtained her MBA at the top of her class, and has extensive international experience in business process re-engineering, IT systems analysis and organizational management. Reporting directly to the President, Ms.Amruta Gowande ensures that the organization is well positioned in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment by being an agent for ongoing organizational change. In conjunction with the President and Management Team, Ms. Amruta Gowande acts as a representative and ambassador to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization. As a senior staff leader Ms. Amruta Gowande is accountable for overall organizational performance and ensures that strategies are clearly understood by all stakeholders and that the organization achieving its strategic goals at the optimum pace.
As General Manager of Devanshi Jewels, Mrs. Sangeeta Agarwal has a verifiable track record of a proven management and organization expertize in sales management, operations management and business development. Mrs. Sangeeta Agarwal oversees all aspects of the company's operations, finance management, customer relationship management and strengthens vendor relationship. Mrs. Sangeeta Agarwal is responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of work between departments and resolving interdepartmental conflicts. Mrs. Sangeeta Agarwal provides an inspirational environment that welcomes honest feedback from employees and takes action to ensure a quality working environment by encouraging staff to work as a team and be productive.
Mr. Gurunath Deorukhkar, affectionately known as Guru, joined the company 8 yrs back as a supervisor, but with his impressive jewelry manufacturing knowledge and unflagging enthusiasm for all jobs well done, Guru has quickly progressed through the organization, taking on increased responsibilities and technical challenges to lead Devanshi Jewels as COO. Guru leads overall strategic and operational responsibility for all Devanshi Jewels designs and jewelry manufacturing including diamond and gems grading. Guru is also responsible for establishing foreign and domestic suppliers based on effective cost, quality, service, availability, reliability and selection of all jewelry and gems needs. Guru's team works tirelessly with our jewelry designers and metal smiths to tie all work back to the customer's needs, and holds our products to a strict standard of quality. For Guru, if it isn't done right, it isn't done at all.
Ms. Tanvi Mehta, a GIA graduate with diploma in Jewelry designing & manufacturing has extensive experience in marketing and product development of jewelry trade. Ms. Tanvi Mehta closely works with the DJI's operations and manufacturing team and leads our efforts in researching and evaluating new jewelry designs opportunities based on customer needs and insights. As Marketing and Product Development Manager, Tanvi Mehta is also responsible to launch campaigns for new jewelry concepts and organize events. Ms. Tanvi Mehta mission is to successfully take a product from a concept to commercialization and ensures effective branded communications internally and externally including the company’s website.
